Reed Senter is a speech-language pathologist, licensed in Virginia and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Due to COVID-19, Reed currently offers speech-language and academic services through telepractice. Reed is experienced with clients of all ages, from 1 to adult. His expertise is in the evaluation and treatment of language and literacy disorders, particularly in school-age children, and he specializes in individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder) and acquired brain injury (e.g., TBI, concussion).
Reed is the Vice President for Governmental and Professional Affairs for the Speech-Language-Hearing Association of Virginia (SHAV), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Special Education at Virginia Commonwealth University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of South Carolina, and his Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Western Carolina University. In addition to his licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence, he is also a Certified Autism Specialist, and has earned the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's Award for Continuing Education and Early Career Professional awards.
